These terms apply to your use of the Contemporary Crafts website and online store, operated by Contemporary Crafts Inc. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our posted policies. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other users’ access. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order and keep your account credentials secure. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers, or our business.

Products and orders

Product availability, descriptions, images, prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are provided on the applicable product page or at checkout. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. We may correct errors or update information; if a change materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy also apply.

Samella Lewis Print Club

The Print Club includes 12 Samella Lewis prints delivered individually, one per month, in the sequence shown on the product page. Every member begins with Swamp Diva. The first shipment is planned for the first week of November 2026, followed by approximately monthly shipments. Enrollment is limited to exactly 500 Print Club allocations. A collector number is assigned after successful enrollment and held for that member across the 12-print sequence.

Monthly option: $150 per month for up to 12 payments, for a maximum total of $1,800 before applicable shipping charges and taxes. The first charge is made at enrollment; later charges are monthly. The plan ends automatically after the twelfth payment and does not renew. You may cancel future charges and shipments at any time through Manage Membership. Cancel before your next scheduled renewal to stop the next charge. Payments already processed are nonrefundable except where required by law; the corresponding print will be fulfilled. Later prints for unpaid installments will not be shipped. See the Purchase Options Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy for details.

Pay-in-full option: one payment of $1,650 for all 12 prints. It is a one-time purchase with no later charges. All 12 prints ship one per month; they are not shipped together. The order is final sale except as described in our Return & Refund Policy and as required by applicable law. The remaining prints continue to ship on schedule.

The Print Club is separate from any community membership unless the product page expressly states otherwise. No Print Club plan automatically renews into a second year.

Content and intellectual property

Website text, design, photographs, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Artwork and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use site content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

The site may rely on Shopify and other third-party services or link to third-party websites. Those services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, except as required by law.

Changes and contact
