RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All artwork sales are final.

Due to the vintage, archival, collectible, and limited nature of the artwork offered by Contemporary Crafts Inc., we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, differences in perceived color or scale, framing considerations, or because an artwork differs from how a customer envisioned it.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each work. Because many of our works are vintage or archival publications, minor variations or signs consistent with age may be present where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive an item different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at unitylewisartsandentinc@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping container.

If we determine that an item was damaged in transit or that an incorrect item was shipped, Contemporary Crafts Inc. will, as appropriate, replace the item when another example is available or issue a refund.

Please retain all original packaging until your claim has been resolved. We may require the item to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not return artwork without first contacting Contemporary Crafts Inc. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Books and Other Merchandise

Unless otherwise expressly stated on the product page, sales of books, publications, and other merchandise are also final. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
